# Community Referrals

**Collective Efforts:**

The program encourages ambassadors to collaborate with fellow community members, promoting VoluMint's innovative services through coordinated social media campaigns and "raids" targeted at potential projects.

**Revenue Sharing:**

Successful referrals that lead to new clients contribute an additional 10% of the monthly revenue, plus 10% of the total profits of that signup to the RevShare Pool. This shared incentive fosters a sense of collective achievement and benefit, amplifying the rewards for the entire community.
